Carmen Ferrari, a certified meetings professio nal with a bachelor in business administration, joins EPIC (European Photo nics Industry Consortium) as Events and Marketing Manager. Carmen is passio nate a bout bringing people together and has a wealth of experience in facilitating interaction among individuals. Her role includes management of events and expands to any form of online/offline interaction among experts and leaders of the internatio nal photo nics community. EPIC enables the industry to build meaningful, long-lasting and strategic relationships. Bringing people together is at the core of the association’s mission. By hiring an Events and Marketing Manager, EPIC co ntinues to carry out its mission and aims to bring it to the next level.

“The timing for Carmen to join the EPIC team is perfect as it allows us to extend our offering of member services from technology workshops to now also include a series of internatio nal business delegations” says Carlos Lee, Director General of the association. EPIC has numerous requests to help its members make fruitful co ntacts not o nly in Europe but across the world and in regions that are harder to reach. Delegations are currently in preparation for China, Singapore, Israel, Brazil and co nsidered for Russia, and South Africa.
